Visitor Privacy Notice

1. Data We Collect

To ensure the safety and security of the Academy, we collect the following personal information:

• Contact Details: Name, Email, Phone Number.
• Identification: Photographs (for Season Pass/ID cards), Vehicle Registration (if applicable).
• Security Data: DBS Certificate status (for Scouts/Officials), date and time of entry/exit.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Site Security: To verify your identity and authorize access to the facility.
• Safeguarding: To ensure all adults on site meet our safeguarding requirements (e.g., DBS checks).
• Emergency Management: To maintain an accurate fire register of who is on site.

3. Data Retention

• Visitor Logs: Retained for 12 months for security auditing.
• Season Passes: Retained for the duration of the active season (e.g., 2025/26).
• DBS Data: We record the outcome of the check (Pass/Fail) but do not retain copies of the certificate itself.

4. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to your data or request its deletion ("Right to be Forgotten") once your visit is complete, subject to our statutory safeguarding obligations.
